We only sell to retailers (resellers), not to individuals. You need to register on our website to see our wholesale prices and to be able to order online.

Your personal data will further be used to support your experience throughout this website, to manage access to your account, and for other purposes described in our privacy policy.

You must order at least a total of $300 (without shipping) of one brand or a combination of brands. Our website will warn you when your order does not meet this requirement. You will not be able to complete your order at the checkout page unless your order meets this requirement. You are free to choose the brands and designs that you like to order. But we expect that you order in bulk. So we ask that for each brand in your order you purchase at least one package of clothing. For such orders we might also request additional information from you to confirm that you are a professional reseller.


We offer you the possibility to order samples of our brands. In that case you may order less the minimum order amount. Samples will give you a good idea of the style, quality and sizing of the brands.

You will need to pay 100% in advance. We will only start processing your order as soon as you complete the payment. The faster you pay, the earlier we can ship

You can pay in US dollars. The other currencies displayed on our site are for your reference only.


All our prices are without Value Added Tax (VAT) or sales tax.

You will not be billed VAT by us, but you might need to pay local VAT or sales tax to the transporter upon receiving the goods.


We offer you 3 payment methods:

Credit Card

We accept all major credit cards.

This is totally safe: the payment will be securely processed on the Iyzico website and your financial details are never shared with us. No Iyzico account is needed for this!

Additionally, your credit card company might charge you for currency conversion (if needed). Those charges are also at your expense.

Cargo Payment

We accept payment buy your Cargo/shipping company.

We require that all Cargo Payments to us be made with the OUR instruction. The OUR instruction means you pay for all transfer charges and this guarantees that we will receive your payment in full.

In order to learn cargo payment process please contact your contracted cargo/shipping company.

Bank Transfer

We accept Euro, Dolar, GBP to our Turkish bank account.

We require that all international transfers to us be made with the OUR instruction. The OUR instruction means you pay for all transfer charges and this guarantees that we will receive your payment in full.

Additionally, your bank might charge you for currency conversion (if needed). Those charges are also at your expense.






We sell from our suppliers' stocks. We work hard with our suppliers to make sure that availability is correctly indicated for the products offered on our website. However, we are handling many brands, many products, and only fast-selling items. Therefore it can occur that part of your order is unavailable.

We normally need about 2-3 days to check the availability of your order. You can track the order progress on your account page. And you will also receive e- mail and whatsapp message updates about your order(s).

We will lower your order when it is partially unavailable. In this case we will inform you of this by e-mail, whatsapp message or call as soon as possible. You may then replace the unavailable products with other products. We will refund you for any balance that remains.

We ship worldwide! Below we compare the different shipping methods and shipping cost.


We offer you 2 different shipping methods :

Customers' Cargo Company

If you work with a contracted cargo company previously from Turkey you must give details ( company name and customer code ) in the section of shipping. If you have not ordered before Turkey and if you want to work with local Cargo companies, we will offer you the most suitable options. All shipping and shipping costs are entirely yours.

International Cargo Company (UPS, DHL, Aramex, PTS)

From our automatic shipment calculation tool, how long the shipment will arrive and how much you will pay for the shipment will be shown to you in the price option before you place an order and included in the price.


Delivery time is depending on the shipping company and the type of shipment (air / land / sea). For more information, you can contact your cargo company before ordering.


The shipping cost depends on these factors:

  1. weight and volume of your order
  2. the destination country
  3. the shipping method

Even if you see "free" label on shipping options due to system's default, it is not as you may appreciate. The shipping cost will be calculated by our Customer Service department following your purchase and you'll be notified immediately. Right after you placed your order, you will be able to pay your shipping fee in next step.

If you choose your own cargo company, you should contact your company for pricing. In order for the company to quote prices, information such as weight and parcel dimensions will be sent to you





The transporter will handle the customs process for you. And we will make sure that the transporter has all the required documents for this.

EU-buyers are required to have an EORI number. Obtaining one is usually free, fast and easy. You can enter your EORI number at the checkout. Especially UPS shipments to EU countries risk delays at customs when the EORI number is missing.

We also recommend sharing your VAT number with us, if available.


Two type of taxes might be charged to you by customs :

  1. Duty (import tax). The tax rate depends on the type of product and country specific regulation. It is usually between 12% and 20%.
  2. Value Added Tax (VAT) or sales tax. The VAT tax rate is usually the basic VAT % that is common in your country.

The transporter will bill you for any taxes and related cost that apply to your order on behalf of the customs authorities.

In rare cases it may occur that the wrong taxes are applied to your shipment. This is beyond our control and can sadly not be resolved by us directly. We cannot be held responsible for errors made by others and will not be able compensate you for the taxes. Luckily it will be relatively easy for you to request a refund from the transporter or the customs authority and we can help you with that.





We don't accept returns of unwanted products. So please be sure about your order before placing it.

But if you receive a defective product or we sent you the wrong product then we will issue a full refund for that product. Just be sure to report the issue by e-mail within 7 days and before selling the products to your customers. You will need to provide us with detailed photos so that we can confirm the issue.

Don’t worry: we don’t get complaints about the quality that often. We check the products twice: once when they arrive at our office and once again when we pack your order for shipment. So it rarely happens that we miss obvious defects or ship you the wrong product (wrong design/color/size/etc.).

We will rarely ask you to return the items that have issues because the international shipping cost in those cases is usually too high.
