We don't accept returns of unwanted products. So please be sure about your order before placing it.
But if you receive a defective product or we sent you the wrong product then we will issue a full refund for that product. Just be sure to report the issue by e-mail or whatsapp within 7 days and before selling the products to your customers. You will need to provide us with detailed photos so that we can confirm the issue.
Don’t worry: we don’t get complaints about the quality that often. We check the products twice: once when they arrive at our office and once again when we pack your order for shipment. So it rarely happens that we miss obvious defects or ship you the wrong product (wrong design/color/size/etc.).
We will rarely ask you to return the items that have issues because the international shipping cost in those cases is usually too high.
Upon product's receipt, we will resend you replace at our cost or refund you.
Not faulty items:
If the item is not faulty but you are dissatisfied with it, please feel free to contact us. Kindly explain us the situation, we will allow a return for an exchange as long the item is unused/unworn with all its label, tags and original packaging. Shipping fees to return the item(s) to us and to resend the exchange will be covered fully by the customer.
We check all items/accessories before sending them, this should be extremely rare. Please contact as per our warranty process as above, we will offer you a solution.
Size&fitting and wrong product:
Due the wide offer available on our website, Minipodyum collaborates with several manufacturers and brands. It is possible to observe slight size differences between them. Customers are responsible to review the size chart and to choose the right item.
